How does the reverse trial work?

Every new account opens on Field Plus. You get the full Plus package until the first 100,000 tokens are used. Then stay on Plus or move to Field at no cost.
I am paying for ORTH today. What changes?

You stay on the terms you signed up for until renewal. Annual subscribers keep their year. Monthly subscribers move at the next billing cycle. Every paid plan gets a one-time usage credit in the first month after the switch.
What is monthly pricing?

Field plans are priced annually by default. Monthly costs more: Field Plus $20, Field Pro $60, Field Expert $200. Teams packs are annual, paid in advance. Enterprise is annual, paid in advance.
Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
How do Teams packs work?

A pack is a prepaid year: seats for the team plus implementation and training sessions. Every pack has the whole product; the packs differ in seats and service sessions. One call, a one-page order form, standard terms. Add seats or sessions at any time.
How is Enterprise priced?

Enterprise is an annual commitment sized to your operation, drawn down in seats, the private instance and the services you use. Every level has the whole product; the levels differ in the sites, services and support included. We build the proposal after the first call.
Do I own my data?

Yes. You own your Farm Profile and your data, and you export them on request. ORTH encrypts data in transit and at rest, with access controls audited under ISO standards.
Which crops does ORTH support?

ORTH covers 200 crops across 150+ countries. Coverage is deepest on Mediterranean and export horticulture and the major row crops.
How accurate are the weather forecasts?

ORTH builds a hyperlocal forecast calibrated to your plot coordinates from weather station networks and, when you have them, on-farm sensors. Every forecast is validated against what the plot recorded.
Can I use ORTH without sensors?

Yes. ORTH works with or without on-farm hardware. Sensors sharpen the recommendations. Without them, ORTH runs on regional weather data and crop models.
